Will Carvana pay for repairs?
Yes. There is up to a $50 co-pay per each Repair Visit that will vary based on certain state laws. Please contact the Administrator for more details.
Will Carvana take a car back?
Yes! All Carvana cars come with a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you decide you don’t like the car during those first 7 days, please contact us where any of our chat, SMS, or phone Advocates can help set up a return or exchange for you.
Will Carvana buy cars that need repairs?
If your car has been wrecked it’s also worth noting that while Carvana does purchase vehicles with salvage or rebuilt titles, the car must be in running order in order to be sold.
Where does Carvana recondition their cars?
Carvana currently has seven inspection and reconditioning facilities open. They are located in Atlanta, Dallas, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Indianapolis, Cleveland and Nashville, Tenn.

There is no fee to return or exchange a vehicle for customers in our local markets. How many times can you return a car to Carvana?
You can exchange up to two times to receive a total of 3 vehicles. However, the third vehicle received will NOT come with our 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, and cannot be exchanged or returned once accepted.
How long does it take Carvana to inspect a vehicle?
We’ll check in within the next 7 days to give you an update on the car via email. Once the vehicle becomes available for purchase, we’ll let you know right away via text message.

We do not sell cars that have been in a reported accident or have frame or structural damage.

Are Carvana cars cleaned?
We go the extra mile so that your car is looking as good as new. There are a lot of specifics that we won’t list here ( we wash, clean, buff, paint, polish, wax, seal), but trust us that when your car arrives, it’s going to look sweet.
Does Carvana test drive your car when you sell it?
Yes. Carvana will accept your vehicle if it is newer than 1992, the odometer is in working condition, and we are able to safely perform a test drive. We’ll also accept vehicles where registration is expired (except for California).
